Nate Meyer, our lead technician, has been a diagnostic technician at Glendale Motors for many years. He's taken many model specific BMW, Benz, Mini, Audi and Volkswagen courses. Nate is very systematic and precise.
I have been going to this shop and dealing with Nate for a couple of years now. I could not recommend his services more. They do great work and are very honest. More than once I thought the repair on my almost 20 year old BMW was going to be very expensive and it ended up being very affordable. You don’t find many mechanics anymore who take a part out and clean and repair it rather than just replace parts. I had my engine light on and wouldn’t had been surprised if the cost was going to be in the thousands. Instead they cleaned a price that was very dirty, put it back and everything tested well. Ended up costing a couple of hundred dollars. He gave me advice on little things I can do to prevent it from happening again, and arranged the parts he put back so that if the problem reoccurs we will know what part is failing. Fantastic service, wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
