Streamlined scheduling for the appointment, fast and an efficient diagnostic of the muffler /exhaust issue and execution of the repair with the allocated time slot. The receptionist were respectful and knowledgeably in the domain car repair, parts and recommend maintenance schedules and were not trying to upsell anything. I am very happy with the service and the available coffee and treats options as well.
Outstanding communication and craftsmanship. Our family took a Honda Civic to The Auto Station after a collision with a deer which resulted in significant cosmetic damage to the drivers side. We figured there would be visible differences in the paint on parts that were just repainted but even looking closely I would not be able to tell there was previous damage. We went through insurance for our repairs the staff were very knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and was more communicative about our insurance claim then the insurance company was. Overall our experience with The Auto Station was very positive and I will likely take my vehicle here for any work in the future as it has provided a much better experience then any auto shop I have been a customer of before.
