Called Parts Plug asking about some maintenance for my 340i, I was due for brakes (I thought) and plugs and an oil change. They got me in the next day and I dropped the car off. Got a call later that day and they told me my brakes were actually fine and it looks like the wear sensor was damaged so they replaced that and saved me quite a bit of money, they could have easily just charged me for brakes. It's hard to find people who don't just want your money, they're a bit of a drive for me but after hearing good things and my experience with them, it's the only place I'll be taking my cars from now on.
