  I spent the whole day there, was charged for diagnostics with NO results. I was told to go to BMW dealer to do another diagnostics. Unhappy. Would not recommend.

  This is the second time that I took my car for repair at Columbus Auto and I have to say that Ivo is very consistent at being a real Gentleman and is as honest as the day is long (unlike the experience at other mechanical shops that I've dealt with over the years). Besides that fact that he truly knows what he is talking about, it is so comforting to know that when you go in for service Ivo will only do what is necessary and this is also why I have no problem referring him to any of my friends and especially to my female friends.

  I recently bought my Z4 that I thought was in immaculate shape, and after a few weeks, started hearing an engine noise that I was concerned about. I didn't know any mechanics that worked on BMWs, but my research identified Ivo as a reputable and honest mechanic. Given the reviews, I made an appointment to have Ivo look at my car. He could have told me anything, but what he did tell me, was that he hadn't seen a car that had been so well looked after in a long time. He gave me complete peace of mind, and his charge for the vehicle inspection was very reasonable. There won't be anyone else looking after my car from now on. Thank you Ivo !!!!
