The first time or two they make nice, nice and keep you smiling. Then they started to nickel and dime and tell me things I didn't need. Found out from another guys all this stuff was bogus. They have a slick little system where they build your confidence and friendship and then screw you slowly. I am done with these guys
These guys are true enthusiasts and love the BMW brand. Nice to find a shop that honestly cares about clients cars.
