  Based on my experience, TC Automotive lacks basic customer service standards. Despite my attempts to address concerns constructively, the owner’s defensive and unprofessional response confirmed why I took my business elsewhere. Scheduling was a nightmare, with multiple unreturned calls and vague timelines. Chris’s dismissive attitude, coupled with the absence of clear communication or an estimate, made the entire process frustrating. I can’t recommend TC Automotive based on how poorly I was treated.

  Both Chris and his father, George, are straight up honest and always perform their services and give you 100% professional service and workmanship. If you own a BMW, this is the place to have it repaired. End of story.

  Chris is a rock star. Super helpful and honest. Knows his stuff better than the dealers. Highly highly recommend. I never write reviews but this guys deserves it.

  TC Auto has been there for my family and all our cars for well over two decades now. That is a statement in itself about the quality of service and care for their business and clients that you can expect from George, son Chris, key mechanic Eddy et al. Franchise material.

  Chris was awesome, despite i came late to my apt with him by 45 mins, he still checked my car and take care of me.

  When i told Chris what is the problem and without plugging the scanner in the car, he told me that he knew what is going on and explained and then we run the scanner and he was totally right, the previous shop where i changed my oil, somehow screw my car!!

  I strongly recommend this shop, you will get a great service and the staff is amazing, i had a good experience and i will strongly recommend it for my BMWer friends!.

  I have only ever written an online review a handful of times, but these guys deserve it. I knew my '06 323I needed a lot of work. I called in the morning, and a few hours later had a thorough inspection and estimate. I booked an appointment, and crossed my fingers. All I can say is the level of service, professionalism and quality of work was unmatched. I'm not new to car service, I've had a lot of cars and have dealt with many independents and dealers. The crew at TC Automotive are a force to be reckoned with. If I get the names right there is Kevin, Eddie, Chris, and of course George (who went the extra mile to solve a problem). I would without reservation recommend this team. The work I had done (which was extensive) was around $4400, and if I had the money back and could do it again, I'd be right back at the TC garage in a heartbeat. If you own a BMW, and live in Montreal, do yourself a favour, get to know these guys!
