Frank and Ziya at Alberta Motor Works in Edmonton are THE BEST. They are the standard for service anywhere. After two wildly different opinions from shops that we took our BMW X5 to, Frank diagnosed the true problems and repaired it, restoring the to drive like new. We thought we had to replace our X5, under Frank’s care we’ll be enjoying the car for many years into the future. For anyone looking to repair their BMW, look no further than Frank and Ziya at Alberta Motor Works.

I took my car to Alberta Motor Works last week due to my driver's side front window exploding. Frank and Ziya had my car in the shop, rental car arranged, window ordered and installed and all within a day. They also detailed the car inside and out, shampooed the engine and the price was very, very reasonable. I had the opportunity to walk through the shop and I was impressed - it's like an operating theater: everything is clean with modern equipment; the service technicians are well dressed; and everything has it's place. The service here is unbelievable!

Frank and his wife exude integrity. I took my BMW to their shop to see if everything was good with my car's performance. Frank took it for a test drive and reassured me that all is well and took about a 1/2 hour explaining a number of basic performance functions that I should be familiar with. After all this, I tried to pay him for the test drive and the time he spent with me but he wouldn't let me even buy him lunch. Alberta Motor Works has got my business...and so will those to whom I refer. If you're looking for high end expertise and honesty, look no further than Alberta Motor Works.

If you appreciate excellent customer service and fair prices you cannot go wrong. Frank, Ziya, and staff are great, tell you exactly what is going on, prompt, and really understand customer service . Is the only place I will take my BMW's. 1000 times better than anywhere else in knowledge and 1,000,000 times better in customer service.

I have been taking my car to Frank for the past 3-4 years. He does excellent work, and is honest and trustworthy. I know that Franks prices are fair and that if I need any major service, he calls and let's you know what the problem is, how much it will cost to repair, and asks if you would like to proceed. He even takes you into the shop and shows you the old parts. My father was a mechanic for 25 years, and on occasion he would drop my car off at franks for me while I was at work. He was very impressed with Frank and his wife, and told me that I could expect the best quality work when I take my car to Frank. I couldn't agree with my father more.

I was extremely pleased with the prompt service and the quality of work. The car looked like new when it was returned to me. The engine compartment and exterior were immaculate, I had the alternator replaced and the price was good. Frank phoned to ask about belt replacement, having started the job. He offered good advice about future maintenance priorities considering the age and milage on the car. Frank and his wife Zia are very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone with a BMW.

alBeta Motor Works on 97th street at 40th Ave. in Edmonton has been servicing my 740 for the past 5 years. I stumbled across them needing and emergency brake job prior to an out of town excursion and he was the only mechanic in Edmonton that would help me out. the 2 dealerships offered appointments a month away. Since then I have taken all my work to them and never been turned away for the little surprises that pop up. His work is top of the line (BMW trained), he always consults you prior to doing the work including accurate estimates. He shows you all parts replaced and is far less expensive than the dealers. I highly recommend Frank Skaper (owner and mechanic) to any BMW owners with a ZERO negative experience record for me and my 740.
