I have been bringing my car to Euro Motor Service for the past year and these guys are great. Prices are cheaper than the dealerships in the area. They explain things thoroughly before work is performed! They even showed me what parts were defective on my car so I could see first hand, what they were recommending. Techs are knowledgeable and Pat communicates really well. Keep up the excellent work. You've gained one loyal customer.

I would like to thank the team as Euromotorservice for doing such an excellent job when I needed help the most. Rob and his staff were extremely help when my 2003 BMW started to overheat. He explained what my car needed very carefully, and made me feel very comfortable. It's customer service like this that make me come back here every time. Thanks a lot again for everything and God bless!

I think the service team is ok as far as customer service. However I took my car in to them for two separate concerns and got charged $99.95 each line of diagnosis. They claim to have come up with a diagnosis of an injection service concern that if I would flush the fuel system two times it would have been cleared and if not they would reimburse me diagnosis charges. Well I took it in for a second opinion and $3,500.00 later it was head gaskets and my car runs like new. All I want to say is if you say you will stand behind your diagnosis I think you should. I also had to pay additional diagnosis charges for a clunk noise that was not addressed accordingly. For the clunk noise they said it was control arms. Well .... apparently not now it needs rear differential repairs. All I want is Honesty in work and guarantee in diagnosis. And at this time I have gotten neither. If another repair facility can fix the problem I was having why was I told different from them? All I want is for them to work with me and not make excuses on what they did. I will not be taking my car back to this facility obviously they don't know about German cars.

The vehicle came into our shop with several complaints: hard start when cold, misfires and stall with a Check Engine Light on. This has been an ongoing complaint, and she has been bouncing around from BMW dealerships and other Independent Shops. So, when we finally got the car, we told her that we have to do a lot of testing since this complaint is intermittent. We did cylinder compression test, cylinder leakage test, and all cylinders passed. She keeps insisting that we should just replace the Headgasket since she had an extended warranty, but we told her that we would have to verify to Headgasket to be bad before we can replace it. So, out of courtesy, we performed a Headgasket Co2 check using a Sniffer, and the vehicle passed. Tested fuel pressure, we removed all Spark plugs and inspected it, and everything looked good. We charged her $99.00 with all the work that we did, and told her that there was a charge prior to performing all of the w ork that we did. We spent a good full day driving, testing, and we have told her that we have to recommend a Fuel Induction service first, but could not guarantee that it would cure the problem, but she did not approve the work, so we did not perform any work. Also, she complained about clunking noise when braking. After checking it out, we have found that both front lower control arm bushing were severed, and we have recommended to replace it. Her extended warranty approved that work, and never heard any clunking noise after replacement, and no other complaints from the customer that the noise was still there either.

Basically, our policy is to not place a part on the vehicle (based on customer request or a personal hunch) if all our diagnostic tests indicates otherwise. We had 2 Master Technicians working on her car for approximately 6 hours, and even at the end, after warranty work covered control arms, plus the courtesy work diagnosing her head gaskets, she still wanted a refund of the $99 dollars we charged her for diagnosis.

Great shop. Very professional and honest. Called one morning to get a quote on a brake flush for my 2007 328i and they were able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. I definitely recommend Euro Motor Service.

I would like to thank the team at Euro Motor Service for going out of their way by helping me out with my 2001 BMW. They saved me a lot of money on my service, and their customer service is second to none that I strongly recommend everyone who owns a BMW to take their cars there. They are convenient, very experienced and honest. Thanks again!
