    I was a visitor to Penticton, BC, when my BMW X5 broke down. Steve diagnosed the problem, obtained the needed parts from Toronto, and repaired my car faster than I thought possible. He and his son Erik arranged for a rental car for me and kept me informed of the progress on my car. His work and advice were professional and I recommend the shop for work on BMW vehicles without hesitation.
