    Graham (front desk and face of the shop) is outstanding in customer service, but he can't do it without the rest of the team. They work together. Detailed estimates, with pictures if useful, by text and email and a follow up call! Always considering the service history in their advice. Always leaving me the choice so that I can spread the cost. No pressure at all. We have a X3 and a X5 and a (Mercedes) B200 in service here for several years.

    Sometimes things take longer and their parking lot is over-full because they are so busy, but I don't mind!! Because this is a sign of a good shop. And yet, if there is an emergency issue, they open the doors.

    Graham demonstrates superior customer care. Thinking along with the customer, coming up with a plan that is safe and sound and works with the budget. Flexible as well. I love their technology with video footage of the inspection and findings, email and texting. But over all, the staff is great. First brought our X3 in, more as a test, which made me comfortable to buy also an X5, and now our son bought a MB B200, which received an excellent service with new tires and all. Highly recommended.
